(Willmar MN-) The Kandiyohi County Board meets today and County Administrator Larry Kleindl says they will hear a recommendation that they reject all bids for the replacement of heat pumps at The Law Enforcement Center and Health and Human Services Building...

...Engineers have recommended rebidding the project, separating the new heat pumps from the control equipment. The board will also look to pass a new county park rental fee schedule ranging from 31 dollars per day at Big Kandiyohi Lake East Park, to 40 dollars per day at Green Lake County Park. The board will listen to a request by Sheriff-Elect Eric Tollefson to hire a chief deputy, and they will consider creating a local housing trust fund, to match state dollars for housing projects in the county.

Kleindl says the board will re-convene for the Truth in Taxation Hearing at 6 p.m...
